How Late Receiving Works

Our receiving service is designed for shipments that are already on the road or arriving close to showtime. Availability depends on coordination and scheduling, so please contact us as soon as possible if your delivery timeline has changed.

1. Request a receiving quote and include your event name, shipment details, and expected delivery time.

2. Wait for confirmation from our team before scheduling your carrier. We’ll confirm receiving availability and provide delivery instructions.

3. Once confirmed, ship directly to our Calgary facility following the instructions provided.

4. We’ll coordinate receiving, storage, and staging so your freight is prepared before your setup window.

After-Hours and Weekend Receiving (With Advance Notice)

If your shipment is arriving outside normal hours — late evening, weekend, or close to showtime — we offer after-hours trade show receiving with advance coordination. Contact us early so we can schedule staff and space for your delivery.

Oversized or Complicated Shipments

We can also manage oversized pallets, multiple crates, and heavy booth components. Our team will stage and organize everything for pickup.

Important: All deliveries must arrive on a truck with a liftgate or with a driver able to unload to ground level. We do not have a loading dock or forklift.
