When missing a delivery window could cost you thousands, Mondogigs makes sure your booth materials arrive, are staged, and ready — even when everyone else says no. All shipments must be pre-booked and confirmed in writing at least 1 business day in advance.
Availability is limited and receiving is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Priority Receiving (Weekday, by Appointment)

Best for: Standard shipments that need guaranteed receiving, staging, and storage during business hours.

For shipments scheduled during weekday business hours (Monday to Friday) that require guaranteed receiving, staging, and storage before showtime.

Includes:

  • Coordinated receiving with carrier communication

  • Ground-level unloading (driver must unload or provide liftgate)

  • Secure staging and organization for exhibitor pickup

  • Up to 3 days of included storage

After-Hours Receiving (Evening or Overnight)

Best for: Freight arriving in the evening or overnight when traditional warehouses are closed

For deliveries scheduled outside regular hours that require evening, overnight, or early-morning coordination.

Includes:

  • Scheduled after-hours receiving and staging

  • Ground-level delivery coordination

  • Up to 3 days of included storage

  • Delivery appointment confirmed in writing

Weekend Receiving (Saturday or Sunday)

Best for: Saturday or Sunday deliveries that would otherwise sit on a truck until Monday.

For shipments arriving on weekends or outside standard facility hours. All weekend deliveries are by confirmed appointment only.

Includes:

  • Saturday or Sunday receiving and staging

  • Secure storage and preparation for pickup

  • Coordination with carrier delivery window

  • Up to 3 days of included storage

Rush Coordination (Same-Day or Under 24 Hours)

Best for: Late shipments that must arrive within 24 hours or same-day.

Rush receiving is subject to capacity and must be confirmed before dispatch. Because of the staffing and scheduling involved, same-day or under-24-hour receiving is not guaranteed.

Important: Do not ship freight until you receive a confirmation email with your delivery window and receiving instructions.

Includes:

  • Priority coordination and scheduled delivery window (if available)

  • Ground-level unloading coordination

  • Up to 3 days of secure storage

Oversized or Complex Shipments

For large, heavy, or multi-piece shipments requiring extra staging time or space. All shipments must be ground-ready and unloaded by the driver.

After-Hours Pickup & Access Support

Best for: Teams flying in late, loading out after hours, or needing access outside normal pickup times.

Not all challenges happen on the shipping side. Sometimes your freight is already here — but your team is flying in late, arriving on a weekend, or needs to load out after regular hours. Mondogigs offers flexible after-hours pickup and on-site access support so your booth materials are ready when you are.

Includes:

  • Scheduled evening, weekend, or overnight access to your staged materials

  • On-site support to move materials from storage area to pickup point

  • Optional staging assistance if you need help loading into your vehicle

  • Access coordinated by appointment with a confirmed pickup window

Important: This service is for pickup only and does not include receiving. Freight must already be delivered and staged. All appointments must be confirmed in advance.
