After-Hours Receiving (Evenings and Overnight, Weekdays)

Late deliveries do not have to mean delays.

Carriers run behind schedule, weather causes delays, and shipments often arrive outside the standard nine-to-five window. When that happens, most warehouses turn freight away. Mondogigs does the opposite.

We coordinate after-hours receiving on weekdays, including evenings and overnight, so your shipment does not sit on a truck or get rescheduled.

How it works:

  1. Request a receiving quote and include your event name, shipment size, and expected delivery time.

  2. We confirm availability and provide delivery instructions.

  3. Once approved, your carrier delivers directly to our Calgary warehouse after hours.

Important:
All shipments must arrive with liftgate service or be unloaded to ground level by the driver. We do not have a loading dock or forklift.

Weekend Receiving (Saturday and Sunday)

When time is tight, weekend delivery saves the show.

Freight does not always arrive Monday to Friday. If your shipment is scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday, we coordinate weekend receiving so your materials are staged and ready before setup.

Our weekend receiving service is ideal for:

  • Crates and booth displays arriving the weekend before a show

  • Freight scheduled after the weekday cutoff

  • Exhibitors who need pickup flexibility before move-in day

  1. Request a receiving quote and include your event name, shipment details, and weekend delivery date.

  3. Once approved, we receive, store, and stage your materials so they are ready for pickup.
