We do not deliver or work inside venues. Our role is to make sure everything is secure, organized, and ready for you at our facility before you head to the show. 1. Ship Your Materials to Us
We can receive freight directly from your carrier. For help with timing or delivery cutoffs, see Missed BMO Centre Advance Receiving (P1-3).

2. We Receive and Store Them Securely
Everything is logged, organized, and staged at our Calgary facility. If shipments arrive early, you can keep them safe with Short Term Storage.

3. Pickup and Load With Our Support
When you or your carrier arrive, our team helps load and move freight into your vehicle quickly and safely.

We do not deliver or offer labor inside the venue, but we make sure your shipment is ready to go — staged, secured, and handled — before you leave for the show.
