Clear Pickup Requirements for Trade Show Freight

When your shipment arrives at our Calgary warehouse, the last thing you want is to move heavy crates alone. Mondogigs offers scheduled pickup access and receiving coordination so exhibitors can stage, load, and move freight quickly and without the stress.

We do not deliver or work inside venues. Our role is to make sure everything is secure, organized, and ready for you at our facility before you head to the show. What We Do

✅ Scheduled Pickup Access
We confirm your pickup window and provide access to the shipment. Customers or their carriers are responsible for moving and loading all freight.

✅ Customer-Arranged Loading

✅ After Hours Access

How It Works

1. Ship Your Materials to Us
We can receive freight directly from your carrier. For help with timing or delivery cutoffs, see Missed BMO Centre Advance Receiving (P1-3).

2. We Receive and Store Them Securely
Everything is logged, organized, and staged at our Calgary facility. If shipments arrive early, you can keep them safe with Short Term Storage.

3. Arrive Prepared for Pickup
When you or your carrier arrives, you are responsible for loading and removing the freight safely.

We do not deliver, provide loading labour, or offer labour inside the venue. Your shipment will be available at the confirmed pickup time.
