We do not deliver, work inside venues, or load customer vehicles. Your approved shipment is held securely and available at the confirmed pickup time.

We confirm when you or your carrier can access the shipment. Customers are responsible for moving and loading all freight.

Mondogigs does not provide forklift service, heavy lifting, material handling, or loading into customer vehicles. Bring a suitable vehicle and arrange any equipment and personnel required.

✅ After-Hours Access for Weekend or Evening Pickups
Running behind schedule? We offer after-hours support for pickups in the evenings or on weekends, so your show timeline stays on track.

✅ Shipment Identification and Access
Your approved shipment will be identified, held securely, and available at the confirmed pickup time.

When you or your carrier arrives, you are responsible for loading and removing the freight safely.

• We do not provide delivery or labor inside the venue.

• All shipments must arrive with liftgate service or be unloaded to ground level by the driver.

• Space and pickup access must be scheduled in advance — please confirm before booking your carrier.
